New Website (and Blog).
After nearly a decade (time sure flies when you're having fun at work), we've finally brought our new website to life.
The highlight? You're here, exploring it!
However, we've not just given the site a facelift in terms of aesthetics and content, but one of the features I'm most excited about is the introduction of this new Blog, aptly named:
Reflecting on the fact that the term "weblog" was coined in 1997, then simplified to "blog" by 1999, it's quite something to be launching our own blog in 2024. However, I'm genuinely thrilled about it, especially given all the ideas we have in store.
Without further ado, Welcome to The Engineering Blog—a space designed for us, the technical folk (ok, nerds), to share intriguing discoveries and stories from our journey through cloud with the wider world.
Here at Cloud Propeller, our daily endeavors are filled with fascinating projects that fellow enthusiasts would appreciate. Whether it's endlessly reconfiguring our lab, experimenting with new storage arrays, setting up Ceph-based Veeam Backup Clusters, or exploring various hypervisors like 0xide's recently open-sourced Helios, our work is anything but mundane.
Indeed, our journey is packed with challenges that we navigate and resolve (ideally) before anything reaches production. If diving deep into technical topics and learning about our solutions to complex problems excites you, then our upcoming content is sure to captivate (or at least, entertain).
So, until our next update, I extend you my sincere gratitude for visiting our new site (and blog). Should you need any assistance with Cloud Infrastructure, Veeam Backups, Disaster Recovery solutions, or even Virtual Desktops, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're confident you'll have a great time engaging with us.
With warmest regards,
— Petar Smilajkov // CEO & Chief Architect
