State-of-the-Art 160K SQFT, 18+ MW Data Center
Through our partnership with Cologix, our clients benefit from unparalleled access to top carriers and direct hyperscale cloud connectivity. We are co-located in their newly built $130M+ Scalelogix COL3-S facility. This facility stands as the region's largest carrier-neutral data center, spanning 160K square feet, and offers direct links to the COL1 and COL2 data centers. Additionally, it will soon include a connection to the upcoming COL4-S data center nearby, set to go online Q3/Q4 2024.
Being certified as a Tier III Facility, COL3-S has undergone rigorous construction that not only aligns with its initial design but also fulfills stringent availability standards. With its robust 18+ MW of power supply backed by 8 generators, the facility is exceptionally reliable.
Distinctive features of this facility include its EF-4 tornado resistance, K-rated perimeter fencing, and round-the-clock security presence, ensuring unparalleled safety and security. There are 7 biometric checkpoints from the gate to our cage.
The combination of redundancy, scale, security, and connectivity provided by the Cologix facility allows Cloud Propeller to meet the growing market demands uniquely, offering us ample space for expansion within one of the region's most sophisticated data centers.

Smaller, 26k SQFT facility, perfect for DR
The WOW! Columbus data center (CMH1) provides a highly secure and reliable environment for IT infrastructure, spanning over 26,000 square feet with potential expansion to 52,000 square feet.
It features an on-site Network Operations Center (NOC) offering round-the-clock support and system monitoring.
The facility is equipped with both AC and DC power supplies, with a backup generator ready to sustain the DC for up to 48 hours during a utility failure, supported by a priority refueling contract for swift fuel replenishment. Environmental controls are maintained at an optimal 72 degrees temperature and 30-60% humidity level through an N+1 configured system that includes 13 20-ton HVAC units.
Security and operational integrity are closely monitored by the on-site Network Operations Center, using a Falcon alert system for real-time notifications related to HVAC, generators, fire alarms, and environmental conditions. Physical security measures include video surveillance, key card access, and biometric systems ensuring the utmost safety for Cloud Propeller on-site assets.
This secondary facility serves chiefly as a destination for clients requiring multi-data-center Cloud Infrastructure (100% availability) and as a failover target for Primary DC clients who use our Zerto DR solution. Additionally, it functions as a secondary site for off-site Veeam Backups, accommodating clients who need more than one location for their data security needs.
